Our EB6871-1 7 1/2 turn Filaments and Gauge are drop in replacements for the Temescal Super Source 0317-6871-0, Satis and Thermionics 7 1/2 turn filaments. Our EB6871-1 includes a Filament Gauge to align your filament properly in the emitter. Our filaments will operate identically to the OEM part at a savings. We supply all emitter parts individual or as an assembled emitter. See our Multi-Pocket Emitter Assembly Exploded View. We also offer Quality Crystals in 6MHz and 5MHz in Gold, Silver, and Stress Relieving Alloy for your thin film measurement.
