Krytox Grease, LVP Low Vapor Pressure

Chemours Krytox greases are totally perfluorinated polyether fluids (PFPF) that are suitable for harsh environments associated with semiconductor processes. LVP, Low Vapor Pressure High-Vacuum grease is inert and suitable for applications requiring extremely low vapor pressure and high or low temperatures. LVP grease has a vapor pressure of < 1 x10-13 at 20C and operates from -20C to 300C.  See Chemours Krytox Vacuum Pump Fluids and LVP specifications.
