Krytox Oil, 1514XP, 1 Kg, Extra Protection

Chemours Krytox fluids are totally perfluorinated polyether fluids (PFPF) that are suitable for harsh environments associated with semiconductor processes. They are chemically inert, thermally stable, oxygen resistant and nonflammable. Krytox 1514XP has antirust protection with a vapor pressure of 2 x 10-7 Torr at 20C.  See Krytox Vacuum Pump Fluids specifications.
