Our UHV GU21IR nude gauge is mounted on a 2 3/4" flange with a stainless steel UHV grid, a collector wire, and a twin iridium filament that is a drop in replacement for the MKS 274023 UHV nude gauge. We also supply the GF25 or GF25Y, UHV replacement filaments for the GU21IR gauge, which have two thoria or yttria coated iridium filaments mounted on a ceramic base.
