QC12 Crystal Sensor System
New from Fil-Tech! Our QC12 Crystal Sensor System holds 12 crystals in one sensor head allowing continuous deposition without interruption to your process. The crystals are stored in the cartridge assembly ensuring accurate, error free transfer. Once the crystal has been depleted it is replaced either automatically or manually and the used crystal is moved into a holding complement. The system includes (2) multi crystal sensor heads, (2) 1" bolt or 2 3/4" flange feedthroughs, a controller, vacuum, air and cooling cables, and 12 complimentary Quality Crystals.
