Sputter Sensor Head, Single With Internal Oscillator, Water Cooled, 5MHz Phelps Style

Our QP14018 is a stainless steel single sensor head with an internal oscillator in the original Phelps style but modified to include water cooling lines. The internal oscillator will work with our 5MHz Quality Crystals. The QP14018 sensor head and has a Microdot connector and (2) 30" stainless steel 1/8" OD water lines.  Try our QI2042 1" bolt feedthrough or our QI2043 2 3/4" flange feedthrough for single sensors.
