Sputter Sensor Head, Single With Internal Oscillator, 5MHz, Phelps Style
Our QP14010 is a stainless steel single sensor head with an internal oscillator in the original Phelps style. The internal oscillator will work with our 5MHz Quality Crystals. The QP14010 sensor head and has a Microdot connector and no water lines. See our QP14018 for our water cooled version also with internal oscillator. Try our QI2042 1" bolt feedthrough or our QI2043 2 3/4" flange feedthrough for single sensors.
